1. Shipping Methods

International Orders:

• For international buyers, we ship orders exclusively through registered international courier services and/or international speed post. This ensures the safe and reliable delivery of your products.
• Please note that delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination country, the courier, and the customs regulations of that country.

Domestic Orders:

• For domestic buyers (within the country), we use registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post for delivery. This guarantees your order is tracked and delivered safely to the address you provide.

NOTE: We partner with trusted courier and postal services such as India Post, BlueDart, DTDC, DHL, FedEx, etc. to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

2. Shipping & Handling Time

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 0-7 business days after payment confirmation. This includes time for order processing, packing, and shipment handover to the courier or postal service.
• Delivery Time:
  • Domestic Delivery: Depending on the location, it may take 5-15 business days for your order to be delivered.
  • International Delivery: For international orders, delivery may take anywhere from 7-21 business days or longer, depending on your location and customs procedures. International orders may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen delays from customs or the courier.
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

3. Delivery Areas

• Domestic Delivery: We deliver to most locations within the country. Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take longer.
• International Delivery: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the shipping options during checkout to confirm whether we deliver to your country.

4. Shipping Charges

• Domestic Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery address. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• International Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, order weight, and shipping method. These will be shown at checkout.
• Customs Duties and Taxes (for International Orders): For international shipments, you may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after the courier has picked up your order.

6. Shipping Delays

• While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that CONNEC PERFUMES is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company, postal authorities, or customs clearance processes.
• Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen issues at customs. In case of delays, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking details provided.
• We will always ensure that your order is handed over to the courier or postal authorities within the stipulated 0-7 business days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

7. Delivery Address

• Responsibility: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. CONNEC PERFUMES is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
• Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your order is lost, damaged, or missing during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
• If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damage so we can assist with a resolution.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• For any issues with your order, such as incorrect items or damaged goods, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for instructions on how to return or exchange items.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or defective.
