- Non-returnable Items:
- Perfumes, Cosmetics & Personal Care Products: For hygiene reasons, perfumes and personal care products are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
- Custom and Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized (such as engraved bottles or special packaging) cannot be returned.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at connecperfumes@gmail.com or call 9833678173 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return address. The item must be in unused and original condition, including packaging, tags, and seals.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- For Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For Non-defective Returns: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Unaccepted Returns:
- We cannot accept returns for items that are used, opened, or missing original packaging. If a returned item does not meet the return criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.
